Extremly disappointed with the workmanship! I have an appointment with the Ins company representative this Thursday to show them the hack job that was done on my 2015 Taurus. I wish I could add pictures to show you some of what they done. Bored out the holes to make the grill fit then stacked washers under it to make it look correct, punctured my leather seat, the fender has a dull spot that maybe can be sanded and buffed. The grill is now garbage also drilled another hole in a part because the hole that is supposed to be used didn't line up. Did a frame pull and sway but didn't do a 4 wheel alignment afterwards! Just some of the issues I have found so far. I want a Ford body shop to do a complete tear down to inspect the rest of their work. If I'm finding this much hacked wirk I can only imagine what they did or didn't do where I can't see. Office girls were very polite as was Robert and the manager John. Do take your vehicle their if you value your vehicle!!!@

They did an amazing job and even vacuumed out my interior and wiped it down. To me that was going above and beyond because the repair had nothing to do with the interior the car. I will definitely recommend them to everyone I know
