I had a great experience with this auto shop! Everyone was very friendly, professional, and helpful from the moment I walked in. They took the time to explain everything clearly, answered all of my questions, and made sure I understood what needed to be done. The work was done efficiently and with great attention to detail, and I really appreciated how honest and transparent they were throughout the whole process. It’s hard to find an auto shop that you can truly trust, but I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for quality work and great customer service. I’ll definitely be coming back!

It's never fun having your car in the repair shop, but meeting Lara was definitely the silver lining. Not only is she great at her job, but she kept me informed every step of the way—calling me before I even had to call her with updates. She was incredibly kind throughout the entire process, and that made such a difference. The team at Severn Auto Body truly went above and beyond. As someone who works with the public, I know how much exceptional customer service matters. They even had my car washed before I picked it up and took care of returning the rental car for me.
