The experience with has been terrible. There was not even basic customer care shown throughout the process. I deeply regret choosing Sewel collision center and would not recommend to anyone in the future.

Throughout the process the communication about estimated time is not clear, sometimes adjustor says two weeks and sometimes three months. If I ask any question about timeline or anything, I got a sense the communication was intimidating. I am not sure that was the intention but I did feel pain.
