Our extensive training program includes factory-training, ASE Certification and I-CAR Platinum Individual training. Many major insurance carriers have preauthorized us as a Direct Repair Provider (DRP)* which helps expedite your repair process. *A body shop preselected or recommended by your insurance provider is considered to be a DRP. We prefer to use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts - though we will work with your insurance company to find the best possible solution for you. *See OEM Parts in the Consumer Education section below.
