Our extensive training program includes factory-training, ASE Certification and I-CAR Platinum Individual training. Many major insurance carriers have preauthorized us as a Direct Repair Provider (DRP)* which helps expedite your repair process. *A body shop preselected or recommended by your insurance provider is considered to be a DRP. We prefer to use Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM) parts - though we will work with your insurance company to find the best possible solution for you. *See OEM Parts in the Consumer Education section below. We had to leave the state soon after repair became necessary. Everone at Sewell made it easy for us to. keep informed during the entire process. The car was collected by our son and we have not seen it yet but everything seems to be very satisfactory

The control for the newly installed door is protruding , not flush in . In addition, the bottom part is not properly aligned and this was brought up to the technician when he flushed in the protruding control. I have to bring my car to Sewell body shop to correct the not properly aligned bottom part of the newly installed door
