COLLISION....100% SERVICE...NEVER AGAIN. it is like two different worlds from Service to Collision...obviously Collision has a great manager and Service doesn't have one.

10 from COLLISION and the people there...outstanding. The "service" are not even a 1. They left documents in my wifes car the friday preceding that belonged to another customer and my wife to see if they left them in her car. She asked me to take them to Seymour on the way a Fed Ex truck slammed into my right side mirror. When I arrived with paperwork, the service bay was empty, 3 people on computers and didn't wish to wait on me right away, finally gave the papers to a lady with red hair, I wanted to tell her we did her a favor and they had me for a few minutes standing there..then I had to go to the COLLISION dept.

So far so good in the car. From what I can see everything looks and runs good. They even gave me a better deal on a set of tires than they initially quoted me at. I would recommend Seymour collision and the tire lube area to anyone.
