It took one week from drop off to pick up. My pick up date stretched from two to four to five days, plus a weekend. Had I known this when I dropped off, I could have planned my schedule accordingly. I did not appreciate not having my car for one week. Not keeping your word is not good business. Better planning on Shaffer’s part would have been preferred. The repairs were top notch. The treatment was not.
