Communication with customer, to me is a priority, several cars thru the years, quality work, always, but my last experience I wanted Austin to order a skid cover for a 2016 scion Ia. I had hit a coyote with the car, the pick a boo, port for oil plug/filter broken.. work was completed per my estimate, He didn’t order the part. Then on this fix for the Mazda, He said he’d call me if we had an issue with the time line, no call? I show up to pickup my car., waiting on a part! Good business is in the details. Thanks
