Customer service could not have been better. They gave me a loaner car to drive while my car was being repaired. They gave me a date when they expected repairs to be completed, and called me a day early when they had finished a day early.

Always appreciate the professionalism of office staff and estimators. Interactions with my insurer is free of glitches I might have to worry about. Work was delayed due to parts availability, yet still delivered well ahead of the promised date. In this specific instance, my only disappointment was a peripheral issue I asked to have addressed at my own expense that was promised but then not done. I assume it was overlooked in the pre-holiday effort to get the car done. Shaffer will always get a recommendation from me. Very much appreciated!

Did well with the insurance claim work, forgot to do a “make it look better than that” touch-up repair. When pointed out, Austin did do a quick touch up paint . . . could have used a few minutes of repair tweaking work prior to the paint.
