I picked up car yesterday (after various delays). When I picked up my car, a panel on the driver’s side was sticking out. The automatic locks did not work. One of the guys popped the panel in and tried to fix the locks. Unfortunately, he wasn’t able to fix locks. I will have to return Friday when a tech is available to check it and hopefully, repair. So, after delay in getting appointment (Dec 11) to being told car would be ready December 23 to multiple delays to finally being able to pick up late on December 31, I still get car back in a subpar condition and charged the extra rental car days!

The repair went quicker than expected. The courtesy vehicle was very convenient. Body work looks good as new. Receiving my car back with a car wash was also a nice surprise. Highly recommend!

I take one point off because I was told I could leave my rental car there for pick up, but enterprise informed me that you are not an authorized drop off site. I do appreciate you all trying to be helpful by letting me leave the car there, but you should make it clear to customers that they must make those arrangements through the rental car company.t
