You guys have always done Excellent work. This is the third vehicle. I’ve had repaired in your shop and I’ve always been extremely satisfied with the quality of work.

Repairs look great. My only suggestion would be to keep customers up to date with what’s going on as the repair progresses. There was no envelope to my keys in letting you know that was my truck. I emailed to make sure everything was good and got no response. I had to call a few times to see how things were going. I’m not complaining, just think it mean something to customers to get progress reports from the business. You did complete the repair in the timeframe that you said you would. And like I said the repair looks great. I appreciate it.
