It felt like I the customer should be thrilled that I found them instead of being please that they can be of service to the customer. The eagerness and friendliness on the phone does not match when you come in.

The parts needed, were never there when needed. This should have been known when the job started Or atleast before you actually needed them. Other than that I was satisfied

2 repairs needed on my car. One had a claim number. Other was inner warranty.Got two messages saying my car was finished and ready for pickup. I get there and only one repair had been completed. The automated message was sent once the repair with a claim number had been finished. Drove out there for nothing. Person at the counter was not willing to look in to how long the last repair would take which would've made the failed trip at least a little bit better. Received an apology phone call from a mgr shortly after I left.
