The front desk staff were friendly, helpful & very accommodating during & after my pickup. The email updates were also very helpful. The partnership with Enterprise & leaving the rental made the transition easy. My only ask is to think innovate ideas of accommodating customers when the estimated completion isn't met. All in all, I'd tell others how great the company did. THANK YOU!

I really liked most of my experience. The ppl in the office were fantastic. I am new to all of this and they patiently walked me through everything. Everything went smoothly. My only issue is that Everything I got my car back, the check engine light is on. I still need to take it in, and this wasn't an issue before I sent it in. Now, the car looks amazing, and I can't be more pleased with the body with. But there's simmering wrong with the cooling system, and it was reading that error before I brought it in.
