I was extremely happy with my experience. Everyone was friendly from the moment I stepped in the door. Rebecca was so very helpful and clearly explained the process and helped get me situated with my rental. I also appreciated the text updates as my car was being worked on. When it was done, my car was very well done and extremely clean inside and out. I would highly recommend anyone to use the Shaheen Collision Center.

I had an amazing experience. Becca Howard was friendly and very helpful when I dropped off my car. I enjoyed the text updates while it was being worked on as well. I forgot the name of the person who checked me out when I picked up my car but she was very friendly and helpful as well. I hope I don't have to use the service again (because that means I got into an accident), but if I did need it, I would certainly return and recommend it to my friends and colleagues.
