The replaced door is great and the car came back very clean inside as well. My only issue is that my front motion camera is now very, very sensitive. Something happened to it during the fix. I left a voicemail with Shearer to talk about this and y'all never called me back. That's a bad look and is the reason for the mediocre rating.

I was without my car for almost 6 weeks. If you could shorten the repair times, I’d appreciate it. Alternatively, let customers know what the typical repair timeline is.

I’d appreciate better communication about repair timelines as well as the status of repairs. It was radio silence until i called to check on the status of the repairs and, by then, it was only a few days from being completed.
