Overall the staff was super friendly and the car came out very nice! The one big thing that soured my experience was the lack of communication about the timeline of my car. The time estimate went from 2 weeks to a month. Understandably sometimes things happen but there was no upfront communication when the timeline was going to shift. Every single time I had to call and ask about it and usually there wasn’t a straight answer. Additionally at least once maybe twice during the process I would call in the morning and you all would tell me that you’d call me back that afternoon for a better time estimate. Those call backs did not happen. There was also a time when I was supposed to come pick up my car according to the estimated timeline but the day I was supposed to pick it up you all extended the timeline, meaning I wasted time AND money booking transportation to your shop that would have been avoided if you all had communicated up front that my car would not be ready.

Nate was great,always letting me know what my truck status was. Sherrill Paint And Body is a gem in downtown Birmingham. I could not be any happier with my repairs. It looks better than when I drove it off the lot! I am very satisfied and will always recommend you people!

The staff was very kind and thorough. They gave regular updates with projected completion dates and any changes as they progressed. The final product was perfect! And they even washed it before pickup! I hope I never need body repair again, but if I do, I'll be certain to choose Sherrill!
