Communicated effectively on my behalf with my insurance agent. Also helped me to locate a personal item that I had left at the shop close to closing time. Staff are all very professional, friendly, and helpful. They also looked up the price of a part for my car that was not included in the necessary repairs for my claim, and offered to order it whether or not I wanted them to put it on my car or to do it myself. The free drinks on a hot day are also a nice touch.
