The staff was very kind and thorough. They gave regular updates with projected completion dates and any changes as they progressed. The final product was perfect! And they even washed it before pickup! I hope I never need body repair again, but if I do, I'll be certain to choose Sherrill!

Expectation was set that it would take 5 days and it ended up taking nearly a full month. As it increased along the way I had to call them to get any details. On those calls little reason was given and timeline was extended. This happened several times and was frustrating.
