The repair work was fine. Correct parts. When they painted my NEW cars front end...the color does not match at all and they returned it to me like that after having the car for 8 days. It was only a busted grill. They are going to take the car back and fix it they said. I admit I am nervous about trusting them again. My insurance already paid for this, so yes I am concerned. This unfortunately isn't my first negative experience at Sheerwood Groves. They need to completely fix what they screwed up correctly for me to even think of ever going back there again. I feel bad giving such negative feedback but currently, I want to cry every time I look at my new car.

I only give a 9 because of the scratch on my hood not being buffed and painted and the fact the inside of my car wasnt touched (cleaning wise) but besides that would definently reccomend!

They didnt buff out a scratch on the hood that could have easily been buffed and painted so now I will have to have that done so it doesnt rust but besides that I am completely satisfied!
