They did a great job with our deer damaged car.

They did take the initiative to do the recall, but they did something to the button that opens the back hatch and they did not place our tires inside the car after switching to summer treads like we requested requiring us to make another trip to pick them up. (We picked the car up after hours) 40 mile round trip. No apology.

Mike the body shop manager is the only person I met….Mike is a professional he’s courteous…very knowledgeable….explains everything from cost to the repair needed in detail….very impressed with him and his team they do extremely good work

Mike and the rest of the team make everything such a breeze! They handled as well as communicated every step of the process to me making my repairs painless! They are all a dream to work with and I cannot say thank you enough for all of the effort and hospitality they show their customers! I can’t recommend Sherwoods enough!
