I was called to pick it up, when I got there the door wasn't touched! 2 weeks later I pick it up took it home, put it in reverse and a light came on that the lights weren't working. When I called down I was told the guy fixing it walked out halfway through it and the guy that finished it couldn't find lights to put in it! My car was taken in on December 6th and I got it back January 28th.

It was fixed but the time it took to fix a inch scratch was about a week. And shottenkirk burlington was the ones who put the scratch on it. If I don't have to deal with shottenkirk anymore, I won't.

I got nothing but a run around on something that wasn't even my fault. Since shottenkirk was the one who put the scratch on my vehicle, you would have thought they would bend over backwards to get it fixed. I waited over a month.
