From my initial phone call to Shur-Way to the day I picked up my car, the entire staff was amazing, and their work is done with excellence. Shur-Way has definitely raised the bar with their Exemplary Customer service. They're not just nice people but their KIND Human beings! In addition, I was surprised to find out this is a family-owned business. I had the pleasure of meeting Leana, Office Manager and Mike Jr. His father is Mike Sensei who used to teach my son martial arts at a young age.
