This is in reference to the body shop. I was told my car would be done Friday, but no one communicated with me that it would not be done. I was told it wouldnât be done until Tuesday!! Then it wasnât done until Wednesday!! There was just very poor communication. And when I mentioned how difficult it was to have to share a car for that long, he said I should have asked for a courtesy car. That would have been great!! But how was I supposed to know that a car was available?
