The quality of the repair was great, as it was on my two previous experiences with Searl. The only reason I didn’t rate you a 10 was I had to return to get the lock fixed that was installed incorrectly.

The amount of the claim plus my $2 000 deductible close to 10k and my rim wasn't added into the adjustment nor repair I can feel it when I drive
