My hood was visibly not evenly adjusted but was corrected after asking for the fix to be made.

When I picked my car up after repairs I was greeted with the comment that I was a “repeat offender”, which was very disrespectful to me. He then told me that I had my car repaired last year. It doesn’t matter how many times I have my car repaired I have insurance and he is not paying my deductible. From now on I will use some other repair shop since some of your employees feel like they have the right to school me on how many repairs I have had. Please tell them that is not the way to do business. I did tell him that not of the damage to my vehicle was my fault as if it was any of his business.

I was extremely pleased with the work from Sides. They were ahead of schedule and communicative. Also, I dropped my car off and it was filthy but they returned it to me looking shiny and new. It was a nice surprise! I would highly recommend their team.
