Sideways Collision was wonderful to work with from the moment I went in for an estimate to the moment I picked up my car after the work was completed. They went through the damage they saw with me, answered all my questions about what they would do to fix the car, the timeframes we were looking at for completion, and an appointment time for drop off and completion of the work. All timeframes were met without exception. While my car was at Sideways for repairs I was kept updated on progress on a daily basis through text messages and I was also given the option to call should I have had any questions. The entire front office staff was kind and helpful throughout the process and were there to answer any questions. Sideways Collision is a top notch shop that I will definitely use in the future should I have the need and would highly recommend to anyone with auto body repairs issues that require attention.
