The Manager Clay was rude and unprofessional not only to me the customer but the insurance company as well. I asked to speak to someone above him and he said he was it would not provide me a number. I asked so you own this dealership and he said no the owner is not on site. I asked again to speak to them or have them contact me, He said no he was it and that’s all. The repairs on my care we done without prior approval from the insurance company for payment of the supplemental bill, my car was ready for 3 days and he would not allow me to pick up without payment from the insurance, then sarcastically said you can pick it up and pay the bill yourself, after telling the insurance company rudely well she can just stay in the rental car. I questioned why work was done before payment was approved and did not get an answer. I took my car here because I lease the vehicle there and I wanted to ensure good work but after the customer service I’m questioning even dealing with this dealership again. I wanted to be able to have a good relationship with a dealership that I would go back to for the next lease now I feel stuck and I don’t want to ever take my car back to this collision center
