They had problems with State Farm and went to bat to get the new part. Unfortunately I didn't get many updates and my car sat for awhile. Took 31 days. The young gentleman that was at the desk when I went to pick up the car had just gotten off a difficult phone call and wasn't very pleasant to me. I really liked working with Bill, but felt lost in the shuffle and had to call in for updates. The car looks great, thanks đ

The work was excellent you would never know I had some body damage in the area of the repair.

I dealt with 2 different gentlemen and I donât even know their names as they never introduced themselves. I called twice and each time I had no clue who I was talking to. If I need to reference someone that I talked to on the phone I couldnât tell who it was. Whatâs wrong with saying â Bucks auto body ( the persons name) speaking how can I help youâ
