Overall a decent experience. The car was returned with the alignment off and running on fumes (barely made it to the station a few miles away). I will just take to an alignment shop to fix.

There's many body shops options outthere but, my State Farm Agent highly suggest this place to have my repair done. And yes, im very please and highly appreciated not just the great job that have done but, their customers service is top notch. Very informative, they keep you updated with time and provided with all possible to give you a peace of mind and ensure you're well taking care of. Again, there's many to choose from but please put Silver Linning on your top list. Personally thanks to Rob, he is friendly, fun,and professional of what he does. The entire staff is super nice, they need to be recognized bymanagement.

Working with Silver Lining Collision was a tremendous experience. They took control from the very start and made the whole process as painless as it can be after one has been through an accident. There was a clear explanation of the plan including target dates for completion and regular updates via text messaging and calls. They finished well well ahead of the target date and when I went to pick the car up they showed me everything they had done on the car itself, one repair at a time, and the car came out looking like new! They keep pictures of the steps in the process, offer a lifetime warranty and coordinate with the car rental company so I didn't even have to take that car back. And did I mention that their reception area is comfortable, clean and modern with TVs and wifi? If you need any bodywork done, I highly recommend this team and am pretty sure you will be happy you worked with them too!
