You can tell you team they did a great job. I don't believe I've ever had better service at any repair shop in my life. Everything about my experience from the work done to arranging for the rental car was nothing short of top notch. I actually hope I never need to use Silver Lining again but, if I do, I will definitely come back. In the meantime, if anyone I know is unfortunate enough to need body work done on their car I will definitely suggest they use Silver Lining.

I had been using a different body shop for over 5 years. I simply went to Silver Lining Collision because the insurance company said I had to go to this specific shop, and I am so glad they did because from now on I will be using this shop and will be recommending it to everyone I know. Is not often that you find a shop that gives you a feeling that they are being honest with you, but this place will definitely do that. I can’t say enough good things about this please. From the first impression, to all of the detailed texts with updates and pictures of my car, until the very end when they walked with me to my car. I can’t express enough about how the level of Service Silver Lining Collision provided for me on my 2014 Ram 1500. I had rear end collision damage that I needed done. At the very beginning of the process from getting scheduled for repairs, to arrangements of Car Rental, picking me up at the shop was painless. During 1st day of repairs I would receive daily updates of the progress of repair and photos of my Truck. This was very engaging and informative compared to any previous service needs. They made all the necessary calls or contacts with my Insurance and didn’t have deal with any hassle of having to walk that process. Once I received my truck it looked great! My truck was detailed and extremely clean when I got into the drivers seat. Richard and their Team did a phenomenal work and Customer Service experience is unmatched. Thank you for taking care of my truck during this difficult process time. I would highly recommend anyone to seek Silver Lining Collision for any Vehicle Collision Repair.
