The work looks wonderful. The only issue was the crack in windshield that got much worse while the car was in your possession. It should have been noticed before my initial pickup attempt. Yes, the windshield was replaced by you guys but I had hoped to put that repair off a couple more months. I do appreciate the fact the car was delivered to me at home. There does appear to be an irregularity in the glass in a direct line of sight for the driver. Its like an astigmatism on top of the one I know I have and I wear glasses for.

Everything from beginning to end was painless, seamless, and utterly professional. This isn’t my first experience with a body shop but it is, by far, my best experience. Robert was my point of contact and he was diligent about communicating regularly, explained and sent pictures at every step. It was also the little things, too. Richard spoke to the at-fault driver’s insurance when they were being obtuse. . . a Silver Lining staff member coordinated with Enterprise to have my rental all set up. . . It felt more like a wrap around service to usher me through this process from start to finish. And at the end? My car looked beautiful; the body work and paint job were pristine. You’d never know there had been an accident. I could not have been happier!
