I had to reset my radio and I have to SLAM trunk in order for it to latch and someone replaced my back seat headrests,I had them removed shortly after I bought the car, they impaired my rear view..I am waiting for a decal to be replaced on my passenger side door. I have been told it is on order. My overall experience with SILVERLINE was wonderful. A great bunch of nice people..
