Jeremy Simms and his team is wonderful. This time (and every time) the whole process had been very easy. After I get the vehicle to Simms they take care of the rest. I never have to talk to insurance people again, they handle everything. Getting in and out of the office is very fast and much appreciated as I’m trying to drop the car off on my way to work or pick it up in time to pick up my daughter from her practice. Paperwork is always ready to go and Jeremy and/or staff knows exactly what they’re doing to get people in and out without unnecessary hold ups. Body work is great as always.
