Everything was very satisfactory. I received a loaner vehicle very quickly, and the updates were timely and informative. All of the repairs were performed as described to me, and they were done well.

Everything was done in such a timely matter. The customer service was amazing. Getting a loaner vehicle for us so fast since the truck was our only vehicle. Getting the repair work done in such a timely matter really made us feel confident in Simms. We would recommend you to everyone. 👍

The body shop department at Simms is AMAZING!! They went above and beyond with the repairs on my car. They only had my car for 8 days….I expected it to be way longer because of the damages. They even cleaned the inside doors, dashboard, and weather mats. That was a very unexpected, but very wonderful surprised. I can’t thank them enough for everything!
