Johnny Simpson was influenced by his father, Gary Simpson, and grandfather, John Murphy Simpson. Growing up around this automobile repair industry is what spiked his interest at a young age in what would become his chosen profession. “I saw that it was a good business to be in”, Johnny Simpson said. Johnny went on to say, “When I was growing up, we always liked being at my grandfather's shop. My grandfather taught me that it was important to always keep a clean shop." Today Johnny's daughter Olivia works with her father in running the shop. She graduated from the University of North Alabama with a Business Administration degree. At Simpson's we strive to put your car in pre-loss condition return it looking like new. We are an i-Car Gold Class facility and have received OE certifications from GM, Ford, Honda, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, and Acura.

I’m just concerned because my car was working just fine when we brought it in and when we went to start it it was dead so they got it started and the AC fan would not turn off when we got home so I just felt something happened to it at the shop while they were working on it. Just feel this is not our fault - I am now going into 4 weeks not having a car. I’m satisfied with the outside of the car but I feel under the hood when they were working on it something happened. I love the Simpson’s but I wasn’t expecting so many weeks without my car.
