Johnny Simpson was influenced by his father, Gary Simpson, and grandfather, John Murphy Simpson. Growing up around this automobile repair industry is what spiked his interest at a young age in what would become his chosen profession. “I saw that it was a good business to be in”, Johnny Simpson said. Johnny went on to say, “When I was growing up, we always liked being at my grandfather's shop. My grandfather taught me that it was important to always keep a clean shop." Today Johnny's daughter Olivia works with her father in running the shop. She graduated from the University of North Alabama with a Business Administration degree. At Simpson's we strive to put your car in pre-loss condition return it looking like new. We are an i-Car Gold Class facility and have received OE certifications from GM, Ford, Honda, Nissan, Kia, Hyundai, and Acura.

The bodywork was good, but there was a little bit of overspray on some of it so it had a little bit of a rough texture on the bumper where the factory paint was smooth

When I dropped off my vehicle, I requested a quote on the tailgate of my truck to see what it would cost to get the little dinging and the scratch re painted I never heard anything about it after I picked it up.

The final work done was excellent after the parts were finally ordered & the correct parts put on the vehicle. The time frame of 2 months, lack of communication, procrastination, & incompetence of initially putting in the wrong part was appalling and disappointing.

I would recommend Simpsons to Anyone who needed to have repairs done on their vehicle. This was my second vehicle repaired there and the only one I would like any future repairs done but hopefully I don't ever need to have any more repairs done to any of my vehicles again
