The repair work was excellent. The time it took fort repairs to be completed was extra long (From the time of the initial assessment to completion was about 6-8 weeks). That was the reason for not being completely satisfied.

Repair looks great. The one factor that brought rating down was the wait time between the initial assessment, and completion of repairs. Then the length of time I needed the rental car during repair. That can be costly for me and/or my insurance company. The pickup service to and from the rental agency was great.

Did a great job, I noticed a few places they didn't paint, I'm going to call Greg ask him if I purchased the touch of paint from Lexus would they get they touch up the places for me Otherwise everything was ok, they were so great to bring me back home when I took my car to them, plus keep updated on what was going on. I will definitely use Skinner Motors again. Great staff to do business with
