Used after market parts on my 3 yr old car. I dropped car off on a Monday and called on Wednesday and ask for a update. I was sitting in their parking lot and my car was in the same spot that I parked it on Monday. The girl told me it was in the shop and being worked on and she would call me the next day. She told me a lie about the car being worked on at that time and calling me. I had to call her. Never a call from her end

Very satisfied with the work, the one thing I was diseased with was there was damage that was not from my claim. The guy at sky said they would look at that damage and call me with an estimate to see if I wanted to fix it as well. They never called with an estimate and fixed the additional damage. When I picked up my truck I was billed my deductible and $114 for the extra work. I was never called and asked if I wanted that work done for an additional cost.
