No problem with the shop, I'm concerned that LM used LKQ parts, and possibly aftermarket parts, to complete the repair. When I spoke to the adjuster she pointed out it is provided for in the policy. As your commercials point out, no one reads that stuff.I don't have a lot of claims but that's not something I've been aware of in the past. Not the shops fault..it's LM guidance on the parameters for the repair I think.

Only wish the communication would have been s bit better. I had to call the shop for status updates and I feel the shop should have directly contacted me.

At first I ws somewhat dissatisfied because of some of the parts were not installed completely. My opinion is because of the Due date this rushed them to finish the job. After I notice the parts that were not completely resolved, I contacted the shop and they worked with me to correct the issue and finish installing the parts.
