Took way too long to get my car back, more than 30 days, & heard every excuse the book. They kept saying when it'd be ready then give an excuse why it wouldn't be. Happened several times.

staff I dealth with were nice but way too many excuses. 1st time I had to call them to see where at with car because hadn't heard anything from anybody in long time. One staff apoligized saying I should've been notified before that & shouldn't have had to call myself to find out.
