Friendly and knowledgeable staff. The woman who answers the phone is always so pleasant and helpful. Drop off / pick up with car rental was so convenient. Had a very nice rental. The text updates were nice. You worked around our work schedule and understood our work and transportation issue (husband works out of town and small child / car seat issue). And last but not least was very pleasantly surprised by the van being cleaned on the inside as well!! So thank you for that!! For sure my husband and I would recommend your business to friends and family.
