After paying for and picking up the car, we noticed a new sound of air leakage coming from the front passenger door. We took it back. After Ryan bent the door hinge(!) to make the door seal better, he and I drove it around. The noise was still there. Ryan and the technician determined it could be related to a missing piece on the mirror, and that taping over it helped reduce the sound. After sharing that the issue still feels unresolved to us, we learned there may be a small part needed for the mirror. Ryan says that it costs $25 and insurance probably will not cover it. I asked him to submit it anyways and assured him that I would contact insurance if they do not cover it. Ryan also says there are signs of previous body work on the door. He is confident that a door skin had been installed on the old door. My father purchased the vehicle brand new and gave it to me after losing the ability to drive. The vehicle has not had any accidents. Ryan assured me that dealerships do this kind of stuff all the time. The doors look FANTASTIC! However, we would still appreciate the same amount of sound deadening as the car provided the day we dropped it off. I hope we can work together toward a solution that resolves the issue. I've used Snyder for all my vehicle repairs for almost 30 years. Their work is as close to perfection as it could be. Their staff is very courteous and knowledgeable. It's the only body shop I would ever consider.

My car looks brand new! I was so excited to see how wonderful it looked (inside and out!) they did a great job and did it quickly. Great communication and so helpful in the insurance process! Hopefully I won’t have to go back to fix anything again but if I do I’d definitely return to Snyder!
