Actually, Susan Fleming is the Hyundai owner. Sam and Ryan are the best!! Ryan was so kind to me when I first brought my car to them. I was more of a wreck than my car was! Sam was so good at fixing what Allstate had messed up. And most of all, I don't actually know who did the work on my car, but it looks wonderful!! And I know they were working on it while NE Ohio has been experiencing lots of snow and below zero temperatures!!! I would highly recommend Snyder Collision to anyone!! Just know that they are very busy--people on their cellphones too much!! You have to wait to get the work done, but they are very worth the wait!!!

Sam was very rude and condescending to deal with the entire 11 weeks our car was in the shop. I spoke with Ryan once and met him when I picked up my car and he genuinely seemed nice and caring.
