I don’t know if person who helped me was owner but was friendly, polite and helpful. He put me at ease ( I’m senior citizen). He explained how they were going to inspect damage, turn estimate in and proceed to fix my car. I got my phone Friday morning car ready My bumper looks beautiful!! What I really like about socal collision is that they would call me and tell me where they are at in the progression of my vehicle, they didn't keep me in the dark where I had to constantly call them.
