This is the second time I’ve used FIX Auto Montclair. Both times the service and workmanship have been excellent and the repairs were completed ahead of schedule! I highly recommend them!

This was my 2nd time using FIX Auto in Montclair. Hopefully I don’t have a need for a 3rd time, but if I do I’ll certainly use them. The service and the quality of work was excellent both times. A shout out to both Edna & Juan! Edna has great customer service skills! Friendly, helpful, and informative - she made the whole process so easy. Juan called me with a quote within 48 hours. He kept me updated on the repairs needed, parts, and the estimated completion date. Best of all, he had my car ready 4 days ahead of the original completion date. Definitely a satisfied customer!

My Experience

The car body is repaired however the cars mechanical system is not repaired. The car was released to me in unsafe conditions With the following issues displayed on the dash Power Steering Malfunction — Steering Power Low” * “Braking Power Low — Stop in a Safe Place” * ABS warning light * Master warning triangle And headlight issue The vehicle can have issues with brakes or with power steering at any given moment however what’s was told to me was there was headlamp issue. No mention of the brake system or power steering system. I have the photos and documented videos of me still in the parking lot with the vehicle loudly displaying these warnings.

I can’t thank them enough they are awesome. I received texts every step of the way on my vehicle from them ordering the parts to painting the vehicle. It was a very quick turn around and I couldn’t be more pleased with them. The receptionist is the best she is friendly very helpful she help me with my rental and answered any questions I had. I can’t say or express enough the gratitude I have for them. I’m very pleased with the quality of work they had done.
