The Founder of Sono Collison, Chris Fedor, is the youngest of four generations of auto repair. He is not only passionate about the repairs that we do, but also prides himself in having the knowledge to do everything from writing estimates to painting a fender with his own two hands. With continuous I-CAR and Manufacturer training mixed the latest techniques being constantly applied you can rest assured that your vehicle will be repaired right the first time.

Chris gets a 10 from me. Courteous, responsive, friendly and honest. The woman who answers the phone was unhelpful, rude and generally unpleasant over the phone and in person. It is because of her I did not go back to SoNo Collision for additional repairs I needed. When I discussed this with an agent at enterprise, she told me she knew exactly what I meant and that enterprise has received complaints about her before from their customers who had cars repaired at SoNo
