The Founder of Sono Collison, Chris Fedor, is the youngest of four generations of auto repair. He is not only passionate about the repairs that we do, but also prides himself in having the knowledge to do everything from writing estimates to painting a fender with his own two hands. With continuous I-CAR and Manufacturer training mixed the latest techniques being constantly applied you can rest assured that your vehicle will be repaired right the first time.

Chris and his staff provided superior service to me from start to finish, with clear communication as soon as the insurance handed them the job for appraisal and I approved them to do the work. Chris listened to my concerns about what may not be seen from the walk around, and assured me the quote would be updated after they started to take things apart, and sure enough they did! They offer modern text notifications for updates through their web portal, with an accurate time to completion estimation. When a snow storm combined with a holiday weekend held up the last part they were waiting on, Chris called me directly to let me know what was going on and when he hoped he’d have the part and have my car finished up. After we hung up he updated the status and I was notified again through the text alert. Seriously great service, from a family run company with friendly staff all around. I’m happy to know that I have finally found a body shop I can trust and actually enjoy having my car worked on by. Thank you Chris and everyone at SoNo Collision for being a top-notch team!!

Obviously, you never want to have your car in a body shop. Beyond that, you tend to be a little suspect when it is not your own insurance company that is requesting you at least start with one that they use. That said, SONO Collision was uniquely thorough, professional and gracious from our first meeting through delivery of the car once all work was completed. And the work met every expectation I had.
