The Founder of Sono Collison, Chris Fedor, is the youngest of four generations of auto repair. He is not only passionate about the repairs that we do, but also prides himself in having the knowledge to do everything from writing estimates to painting a fender with his own two hands. From start to finish it was seamless. The quality of the repair was perfect. My only complaint was with Enterprise; the were supposed to rent us a comparable car to the BMW but they gave us a Toyota RAV 4 and pushed us into taking the $25 a day insurance which turned into $300.
