Very well organized and professional staff, from the moment of intake, to assessment, loaner car and return. 15 minutes in and out to drop off and ten minutes at return. Bodywork equally as phenomenal. Detailed list of work undertaken which was completely unnoticeable if looking at the vehicle. Grateful for their attention to detail and responsiveness. They treated my Toyota like a Bentley. Super sensitive to my plight as the victim of a hit-and-run, sharing insights from similar experiences which lessened my grief, anger and frustration.

Door that was to be fixed was misaligned and remains misaligned following repeated attempts by the shop. Have had several other issues with the workmanship.
