My appointment was scheduled for 1/30/2017 with set time for drop off at 8:00am in which I followed it exactly. The estimated time of repair was same day. By the end of the day I received a call to inform me that they will not be able to FINISH my truck but It wasn't because they didn't have enough time to finish it . It was because they had order the wrong part.my problem is that no one never told me the truth and I had to get a rental when I really didn't need one since my truck was parked in th lot intact until the next day. On 1/31/17 I got a call around 11:09 am that the truck was ready so in all reality all it took to repair was about 3hrs. I didn't have to go spend money or my time on a rental vehicle.
